1960 to 2023
Anette Kolarski began her career in real estate in 1997 at Berg Anlage- und Vermögensberatung before becoming self-employed as an estate agent in 2002. In 2008 she founded Kolarski real estate & trading GmbH together with her son David Kolarski. As authorised signatory and later managing director of the company, she worked mainly in property acquisition and the brokerage of apartment buildings held as investments. With a likeable mix of heart and refined expertise, she built an ever-growing network of national and international investors and trusted business partners.
Managing Director
David Kolarski studied Business Administration in Berlin and at UCLA in Los Angeles before working as a consultant at a financing brokerage firm. He has worked as a self-employed estate agent since 2007 and as managing director of Kolarski real estate & trading GmbH since 2008. With his experience and additional studies in Real Estate Economics at the IRE|BS in Berlin, he has sound market expertise.
