Anette Kolarski (1960 - 2023) started her career in real estate in 1997 at Berg Anlage und Vermögensberatung before becoming self-employed in 2002 as a realtor. In 2008, together with her son, David Kolarski, she founded Kolarski real estate & trading GmbH. As authorized signatory of the company, she was primarily active in the area of property acquisition and the brokerage of apartment buildings. With a likeable mixture of heart and sophisticated competence, she had an ever-growing network of national and international investors and trustworthy business partners.
David Kolarski studied Business Administration in Berlin and at UCLA Los Angeles before working as a consultant for a financial intermediation company. Since 2007 he has worked as an independent real estate broker and since 2008 as managing director of Kolarski real estate & trading GmbH. With experience and the additional study of real estate economics at the IRE | BS in Berlin, he has a sound market competence.
